What We Do
We are a specialist company based in Poole, Dorset, offering a full range of groundworks services. From soil investigation to designing and implementing foundations, including the installation of below ground drainage for new builds, renovations and extensions, we do it all. Depending on the circumstances, we can include reinforced concrete ground beams, reinforced concrete slabs, reinforced concrete columns, reinforced concrete suspended slabs and retaining walls where appropriate. We also offer steel fixing and formwork.
Our piling projects are tailored to your build – we are experienced in the design of both foundations and piles. We are skilled in constructing augured piles, steel cased drive piles, bored piles. Chance Micro Pulldown piles, Shire Helical piles and King Post walls. For confined spaces or where access is restricted, grouted mini piles are a solution we can offer.
We also offer full basement construction, including membrane tanking systems and/ or pumping systems, in either existing properties or new builds. Additionally, we can carry out underpinning to salvage buildings adversely affected by subsidence or other issues.
